"Horrible! I wish I could give zero stars. I went here three times, the first time was alright but I noticed the place smelled bad and they only took walk ins which I thought was bizarre but the lady did good work so I went back. Since they only took talk ins I could not get the first person I had and the second girl was ok but when I asked for a nail design and showed her a photo she did something completely different that I did not want. I ignored all those issues and went back a third time and what a mistake that was. When the tech was taking off my nail polish for a fill I noticed my index finger nail was lifting so I asked if she thought it should be replaced. She agreed and proceeded to rip off the acrylic nail (which is a huge no no) and I turn ripped off part of my natural nail. It was bleeding everywhere and extremely painful and she didn’t even care. She proceeded to put new acrylic over the open wound and at that point until her to stop because that is completely unsanitary. I was literally in tears from the pain and the thought of getting an infection and she called over the manager (though she seemed very irritated). I explained my situation to the manager and she and the girl talked about me and the manager said it would be and you come back in a few days to fix it. At that point I was just done so I asked them to just cut down my nails and I let them know I wanted to leave. After this who debacle they still charged me FULL PRICE for the service even though they hacked my hands up. I decided to remove my nails about a week later and sure enough that infection I feared would happen is present right where the girl ripped my nail off. Do yourself a favor and go to another nail salon, literally any place has got to be better than this."
