"I live in Brooklyn and come to this service center just to get the oil changed because I wasn't satisfied with the Brooklyn service center. This time when they changed the oil, the cap was open and when i asked the guy he said just because its loose it doesn't matter. They told me i should be getting brake fluid change on 20K miles and mine was only a little over 18k, they charged me and didn't do what they told me. I am really furious and will never be going there again! This is my huge experience."

"FINALLY, I received service worthy of a compliment. My new Arya was recalled so I had to schedule an appointment for service. Before I made that appointment, though, I was in the neighborhood so I decided to inquire in person. They ordered the part and called me in a few days later. When I came in, they it would be a while and offered to drive me home or wherever I wanted to go. I went to the mall and did some shopping and went to lunch. Before I finished my lunch, they called me to let me know my car was ready. That's the service I would expect. Great job Nissan of Westbury SERVICE."

"The car service was good and service reps were friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little turned off by their payment policy of only accepting cash or credit card which they charge a 3.9% fee for using. I expect a nuisance fee like this on a $20 pizza, not a $500 auto service fee. Either I go to the bank and take out a large sum of cash or have to pay another $20 to use my credit card. Honestly enough to make me consider a different service location next time."

"I can not even begin to describe the level of customer service this dealership has. Very friendly reps. Beautiful spacious lobby. They get the job done in a very professional and courteous manner. My sales advisor was Frank Contino. He was very nice and professional. He was so patient with all the questions we had. Would definitely recommend this location and ask for Frank. The front desk staff were very polite with us and handled our paperwork very quickly and professional. It's worth to drive out to this dealership."
