"I feel bad having to write such a negative review but this is a warning for others: BE CAREFUL when you get a pedicure here. On two separate occasion, right AFTER getting a pedicure here I have gotten TWO ingrown toenails. The nail techs cut toenails rounded instead of cutting straight. Rounded toe nails are more likely to cause ingrown nails. On one occasion, during the summer, it happened on my left foot. It wasn’t a big deal because I was able to wear open toed shoes until my nail grew long enough to fix it. Recently, I went for a pedicure and it happened AGAIN. This time on my right foot. I am in an immense amount of pain. It’s harder now to manage because it’s the colder months and I don’t have the luxury to wear sandals to ease the pain. I do not recommend this place for pedicures :("

"I’m so glad I found this salon. From the first phone call I made to see if they could take me, to when I walked out the door, they were so kind. Ivy did my pedicure and Jenny did my powder tips. They were both super friendly and my nails came out great. The woman working at the first table was also very friendly and helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. As I was about to leave she explained how to handle my nails and what to expect from the next visit. Great experience!"

"Went here twice, as recommended by a friend. I usually do my own nails but wanted to pamper myself. The staff is friendly and they are fully staffed. I tried the tiger eye design and the technician was very knowledgeable as to how to apply and was excited by the challenge. The only downside is that it is very busy, which means it's popular and good, but I couldn't relax. If you want more of a pampering ambience this won't be for you. But, if you don't mind the crowd it's a great place to go for long lasting nails. They also have great movies on while you wait☺️. The eyebrow wax was good too."

"The customer service was great, the staff was attentive. However, just one week after having SNS nails done the top coat began to chip. The pictures provided are after just two and a half weeks. I have been doing SNS for about four years now and have never had this happen before."

"Michael and staff at Satisfaction are amazing , professional, artistic, and caring. I highly recommend this salon. We had a lovely holiday salon experience with my family from France - had dropped off champagne and pastries and had gel manicures and pedicures, and the staff was super friendly and did great jobs all the way around. We were all very happy, and their work was perfect!! Will definitely repeat!!"
