"Very very disappointed with Jenny’s attitude. I called in for an appointment and she gave me one for 3pm. I came in early to get my toes done as well and she wanted someone else to do my nails as she was ‘busy’. I was so confused so I confirmed I had the appointment with her and she gave me a horrible attitude. When the lady sat me down to do my toes she insisted my nails needed to be soaked off. My nails are gel. They cannot be soaked off with nail polish remover. I also came in for a fill in, not to get my nails soaked off. I brought my mom in as a customer and she had a bad, rude experience with them as well the week before. I definitely will not be going back, I don’t expect a regular customer to be treated so rudely and with no care or customer service. On top of that my toes are gel as well and they barely last 2 weeks, but when I get them done elsewhere they last a whole month. Very very disappointed. If you were that busy you could have scheduled me for another day. Their response to my review is a blatant lie. I confirmed with Jenny that I had a 3pm appointment and that I came in early to do my toes. Even after confirming my appointment she insisted someone else do my nails because she was busy. No one called me to try to contact me. They are liars and they’re trying to make themselves look like they did nothing wrong. She was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming back."

"No stars at all. I was there just this Sunday with my mother , 2nd time but will definitely be the last time. I had a Pedi and Gel manicure. The polish is chipping off nails look like I had a regular manicure. I stopped by today to show them that my nails have chipped etc. She told me at 515pm that she don't have time to do a powdered gel. They close at 7. Meanwhile they had one customer sitting to get a Pedi and there was other nail techs available. The person who did my nails wasn't even there because he's the tall guy that answers the phone on sat and sun. So u have the the receptionist doing nails???Unacceptable totally unacceptable. You won't get anymore of my money."

"I brought my daughter and her friend in today for manicures on a Saturday before Christmas, without appointments. BUT from the moment we walked in the nail artists treated us so kindly. The girls got beautiful gel French manicures and a little snowflake nail art. They are both over the moon with how they look and I truly appreciate how well we were treated even though it was a busy day for the artists. We will definitely return. Thank you!"
