Last time they set me up for a pedicure then tell me they don’t have hot water after they had already started."

"This place needs to put plastic bag liners in the tub for the pedicures. People carry bacteria! Use disposable tools for pedicures as well, that’s why I do not do pedicures here!! Very dirty. The shop need a lil renovation but all I do is a quick manicure and get out. Acrylic nails sets done nicely, depends on who you go to . If you know, you know."

"I had a nice nail set and pedicure. Lilly is really good. The place is hit or miss tho. You never know when you’re getting your service done. They basically want you to sit and wait 45 minutes for service whether you have an appointment or not. This is my 3 visit here attempting to get a pedicure. Coming in at opening, and nobody is here to service me. I got here at 10am and it is now 10:26am. The only person here is Ping, she only does acrylics. When I asked for her to contact the other workers she said they come in when they want and don’t have a set time. She said she wasn’t going to because they don’t answer the phone. Today is Tuesday. I was here last Wednesday and Saturday same deal. This is disgustingly unprofessional. I was finally called to get my feet done at 10:30am."

"Today March 3rd,2018 I did my nails, she asked me what shape I wanted I showed her exactly what I wanted(I pointed on the finger nails they had there) I told her I don't want them long, she messed up the shape I she tried and tried until she had nothing else to fix and look at my dam nails I'm upset. Only because it's cold and just wanted to go home why I never had her redo my nails. She didn't even clean up the polish mess off my hands smh tacky tacky place."
