"Apartment building hasn’t been pressure washed in 2 years, took 6 months for maintenance to even take a look at my broken AC last summer, 2 months so far and maintenance hasn’t even responded about my broken dishwasher, my dryer has been broken since I moved in and it hasn’t been fixed no matter how many requests I put… The appliances provided are dated and do not work! Potholes all over the parking lots… Siding has literally fallen off of the upper part of my building and has not been addressed in over a year and a half… Landscaping?? Forget about it!! It’s never done!! You want to have family over for thanksgiving?? Welcome to noise complaints. What do I pay so much for? Maybe the amenities.. Oh wait, what amenities?? The gym is smaller than my living room and is never accessible while the pool can barely accommodate a handful of people. Look elsewhere as the ONLY decent thing about this place is the location. Management and maintenance here are terrible and do not care about you!"

"We moved in 9 days ago. From the application to moving in, and our first maintenance request everything has been awesome. Breeanne was so helpful through the whole process and we are really happy here. It is a quiet and well maintained community."

"Management is no good. My daughter had to do a 6 month lease - cost her $400 a month more to do that - so she did that. And gave her paperwork to management in person. when she was getting ready to move out, management said they never got the paperwork and she would have to pay an extra fee of $1600 for not having the paperwork there. SO they didn't get her paperwork but knew about charging her an extra $400 a month for her only having a 6 month lease. They conveniently lost the paperwork they charge her the fee. Don't come to these apartments!!!"

"Doordash delivery driver here... I delivered to this apartment complex last night and had a difficult time finding the customer. And now I know why. Basically all of the GPS coordinates on the addresses for the apartments on Squire park are all wrong. I plug in the address for my delivery and took me to the other side of the complex. I guess google maps can't be trusted on this one. Not sure what to do in order to get it corrected though. So if you order from Doordash or any other food delivery service, please have some patience, we are having technical difficulties."
