"Do you like the smell of feet? If so, this hotel is for you! Our room smelled like an obese man ran a marathon wearing 10 pairs of socks in winter boots in the dead middle July. We were super lucky to find a Jolly Rancher stashed on the side of the bed in case we got the midnight munchies. Thank God for the pool though, it was an indoor pool with an outdoor feel thanks to the amount of ants crawling around on the floor. The esthetically pleasing cloudy/green color of the pool was super inviting. The best place to relax would be the hot tub. Closed for maintenance also emitting that beautiful green hue. But hey! The bathroom was actually really clean (no sarcasm there)."

"Overall great experience - room was quiet and comfy. Friendly staff. Great location with lots to do in area. Took away a couple of stars for cleanliness of my bathroom - was hair all over, so not likely cleaned before I got there. The rest of the room was clean though."

"Stayed here on a business trip, second time here (once a year). Staff was very friendly, and every time I looked they were cleaning something around this hotel. Very clean front lobby, breakfast had a nice spread and always stocked. Fitness center is quaint but gets the job done with treadmill, elliptical and free weights. It also smelled good as soon as I stepped into my room, that's always refreshing, especially if you've had bad experiences elsewhere. I am a tax exempt employee and the front desk helped me and was accommodating to my requests. Great location for restaurants and entertainment. I walked and drove where I needed to go. Will be back next travel season."

"Had everything I could think of. Rooms were nice. Beds were extra firm compared to what I was used to. And parking lot got filled up but they gave me a paper to place in my window to park in the lot next door. I'd stay again"

"Whoever this company hires to do their social media and online ratings, they are doing a good job of lying. This stay was not what anyone would consider "exceptional". The room was musty, it smelled, the shower was barely usable with its low pressure, and the tub did not drain after the first day, and the room itself looked very plain and drab for the excessive cost. On top of it all, no one at the front desk ever bothered to ask how our stay was. There were a couple of very disinterested young people manning the front desk that really couldn't care less about our satisfaction. My biggest qualm is that the online ratings are completely misleading and flat out deceptive. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have stayed here previously and the experience was much better in past years. I guess covid changed a lot. This did not seem like the same hotel. Terrible. Update: I'm just adding to my original review, a month later (now 9/24) Despite the owner's initial outreach, it is just a gimmick to let online visitors think they actually care to do something about the complaints. I called the number, and also submitted my information online. Still waiting for that call... Gimmicks only go so far..... Good luck with this place."
