"Disclaimer not a resident but was a prospective one. Linda was AMAZING she's such a kind soul and genuinely wants to help. The only reason I am giving 3 stars, is because of company policies that discriminate against commission based employment. But for a fact Linda has got your back. she'll give you places and plans for getting into a place somewhere else and she's extremely patient and kind. for sure one of the only reason that place has renters. is because of her absolutely amazing demeanor. GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE"

"Been here a month, multiple times I have complained about bugs in my apartment unit and nothing has been done. People park their cars in the lot and proceed to blast music loud enough to shake your walls inside, pool not available for the whole season, I am not joking when I say sleeping in your car or renting a hotel room long term would be so much better. The property managers don’t care about the tenants at all as long as they continue to get paid. It’s literally robbery how they operate this place. Do not waste your time or money here. Second update since my first review and I can only say bad things about this place. There is no soundproofing in between units and can hear everything your neighbors do. People constantly leave trash in the hall, mop buckets with dirty water, and building doors are always left open. The leasing office won’t work with you on any of these things. There are tons of domestic violence situations with people screaming at eachother in parking lots and buildings making it a very unpleasant atmosphere. Almost every other apartment complex in the area has better prices and better environments. The people here are lazy and only money hungry. When the laundry rooom floods with water from their bad machines they will make you call the company to submit a work order"

"The people in the office are very nice people and that means Linda she works so hard to get things done and eddy the new matemence he is a great person he goes out of his way to make things look beautiful to Linda is a great person I think she is au some to and when you go into the office she greats you and all ways hello to you and when you say good morning to eddy he always says it back to you he is a au some worker eddy he fixes everything terrific he is ausome and very polite and really cares about his work he always does his best and we love him he is a great person Sara is a sweetheart and again he always try’s to make everything look nice when we had a leak he did a great job of helping us with the leak he is a great friend to and all I have to say is eddy is great"

"I wanted to let management know that London and Russell are great people. I called the office at North Pointe at 4:57pm with a sewer issue. They didn’t hesitate. They came right over got the issue all taken care of in a very short period of time. I can’t thank them enough for their pleasant attitudes and quick work. This sewer issue has been a problem for a while and this was the best experience I have had with it. I didn’t feel stressed out or made to feel like it was an imposition. Hold onto these two gentlemen."

"Save yourself the time and never consider coming here. I’ve been living here for 13 years almost 14 and the way these apartments are run today are horrendous. For the past two years there are animal waste and garbage all across the complex. I’ve had infest-ions numerous times over the years, and the neighbors are horrible. The thing that makes this place worst of all is my ceiling has dripped gallons of water onto my bed, table, and power outlets. As I’m writing this review it’s currently happening. My fire alarm has gone off because of the water that getting poured on it. The management here is horrible, they completely don’t care about the well-being of the tenements."
