Adams Station Apartments

"My husband and I just moved here and are very happy ! The apartments are very spacious with a Homey feel. Very quiet. The new carpet and paint in light gray gives it a modern touch the windows let in a lots of natural light, We love the amenities. The office staff and maintenance staff are awesome we can have our little dog and the neighbors are friendly the grounds are well maintained close to everything so happy we call Adams Station our home!"

"This isn’t the apartment I moved into long ago. They’re becoming more and more corporate and the recent Spinney rebrand only makes it more clear. They are increasing rent because they know they are one of a few options in the Delmar/Bethlehem area. You either rent from them, or one of the one or two other complexes who also are raising rent. The grounds are nice when there isn’t construction which over the last few years hasn’t been often. They’ll tell you that they have to increase rent because of Covid or something. They’re doing it because they want to pad their profit and they’re controlling rent with the other few places, whether intentionally or not."

"I have lived here for a few years now. Previously I would have recommended it. But i just cant anymore. They continuously raise rent. I can’t wait to see what they raise mine to later this year. The old property manager was incredible. did a great job. im not sure what the new one is doing. Now there is constant construction (i have watched some buildings under work for 6 months now). I would not mind the construction if they were getting things done. feels like it’s been months on the same thing. some of the people in the office are awesome hard working people. However some others are always crabby and nasty towards you. I understand someone can have a bad day but i can’t understand the attitude multiple times on separate occasions. the cost to live here is not worth it anymore. U can do much better for the price. the only plus are the water, tv, and trash included. but those don’t make up for the ever growing rent costs. i have spoken to many residents here over the last couple months and they all are being raised. they said the complex claims covid but I think its just an excuse to get more money. i want to like it here but i cant anymore. its just not the same as it used to be. the corporate push has ruined the place."

"We love it here! The admin staff actually really seem to care about the residents. They hold events every so often around the holidays for the residents, they respond VERY quickly to any and all maintenance requests and the maintenance staff are very polite and professional, and... they seem happy, which tells you a lot about the management (good management!). The buildings are well kept, parking lots are well lit and have electric car charging ports (forward thinking and shows care for the environment). Lovely nature trials throughout, a pool, and community garden, and let friendly. They really helped us get a new apartment quickly when we had a newborn and needed to find a new place to live, we are very thankful and appreciative! Very compassionate, a rare and very needed value in this world, thank you Adams Station very much!"

"I love living at Adams Station! You can feel the sense of community just walking around but it's greatly enhanced by all the events and freebies offered at and by the Clubhouse--from free "rentals" of bikes and snowshoes, to yoga classes, to trivia nights--it's just lovely. The pool is popular in the summer but rarely overcrowded. And did I mention the community garden? And amazingly, it also feels quiet with room to spare. It's a gem to be sure."
