"I love this community because of how beautiful the surrounding area is, and the nature trail that is 2 minute walk away from our apartment. Its very beautiful during the summer and fall times and the deer and birds around here is nice to see. The community is always well keep, and the people that live here are mostly young professionals. It is never loud for after quiet hours as everyone for the most part has alot of respect for each other. The management here is very thoughtful and they have lots of events and free things to do at the community building. The 24/7 gym is very nice for people who like to work out, and the pool during summer time is nice to cool off in. Maintenance requests are usually handled within one day if not the same day if you walk over there and talk to them which is very nice. Never had to wait longer then a week for minor things. The building manager is also very easy to talk to and takes care of any questions or concerns you may have. Also being a few minutes from delaware ave or the highway puts you just a few minutes away from your places of need. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a little nature,as well as relaxation."
