"When my furnace went out this past winter Collis was my 5th call. First off, they are the ONLY company that answered the phone. Other companies did not consider me a priority as I am not elderly and do not have children, however Collis was able to get someone out to me in 24 hours. A few days later my furnace went out again, for a different issue. Collis once again had someone at my house within 24 hours. The darn thing went out a 3rd time! Collis had someone at the house the same day, this time free of charge. I will always and forever highly recommend Collis to anyone that is in need of furnace repairs. They are prompt, professional and extremely easy to work with!"

This is exactly what I received when Collis replaced my furnace recently. The job done by installers Kerry and Bill D, was meticulous. Nothing was left "undone" right down to the dressing of wires meticulously routed with zip ties, making the finished product look perfect. My cellar was left clean and as if they were never there. Both gentlemen were friendly and personable as was Parker, the Service Tech who also did work for me. Parker was as meticulous and his diagnosis and expediency perfect.
