"I called E and V in Sept for a furnace problem. They ordered a part that cost $600 and took them 2 months to put in. Last night my furnace wasn’t working and I called and the woman who answered the phone told me I wasn’t a regular customer so she couldn’t help me. Told me to wait until Monday. I told her I had two small kids here and asked her how I was supposed to stay warm here. She told me to go to a motel. I called another company that showed up in a half hour and fixed it so I had heat. Very disappointed in E and V response. I probably need a new furnace and will not consider them."
