"Terrible. Be forewarned if there are any issues in your apartment that need immediate attention like oh let’s say no heat because you have a 30 year old broken thermostat you will have to jump through hoops to get it fixed and even then it won’t happen until maybe summer when you don’t need it anymore. Fairfield does not care about their tenants needs…just want to take your money"
