"Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place! I was an actual tenant here for 2 years. All paid up, no late payments on my end. When I first moved in here I thought it would be a great experience because like most people I was taken in by the title of "luxury building", the super clean pictures, and grand foyer entrance. Don't fall for it. They barely keep this place clean, constant leaks, dirty, and gloomy looking when you walk into the actual place. There is almost always trash around the grounds, the windows are thin so you will hear a lot of noise especially from the fire department and police, the place is filled with big centipedes that get into your apartment even if you keep your windows closed, they never turn the heat on in winter except for at night time. During the day the heat is typically off. The water comes out brown from the tap sometimes, it's so bad that before using the water I have to run it on a white container just to make sure it's clean. There is parking but it costs hundreds of dollars a year, and if you dont get it and if you park anywhere else you will get tickets. Additionally if you have to move or break your lease even if it's just a month or two break? they won't work with you at all. They'll come after you for the full amount and then after that they'll look for every little reason to not give you back your security deposit. They're a joke, they treat you as if they are doing you a favor when you're the one consistently paying them for living space. Also when they evict a tenant everyone in the building knows because they put the notice not on the front door of their apartment but on the front door of the building. You can tell a lot about someone by how they run their business or operation and this building is quite obviously owned by very shrewd, disgusting, soulless and careless people. They don't care about providing good service they care about taking as much of your money as possible and giving as little as they can for it in return. Oh and by the way, despite not making any improvements whatsoever they raise rent significantly every year. Total clown operation here, this place is not really a business they operate more like a scam, and it's purely because they are just clownish people all around that don't take pride in what they own. Rent at your own risk."

"As a previous tenant of this apartment complex, do not be fooled by the nice entryway and look of the apartment. Living here was a terrible experience, as they never completed any maintenance requests on or close to when they said they would. I asked for a window to be fixed, as it would not remain open, Mike the super said it would be fixed "once they could get the part in." Over a year later, after I moved out, the window still never got fixed, even though I called multiple times. They just kept giving me excuses. Also, I did not appreciate that, when I spoke to the broker before signing the lease, the broker told me rent never increased more than $25 a month per year in all the years of her working as a broker selling apartments for this company, yet every year the rent went up a minimum of $50 per month every year, one year going up $80 per month, and it seemed like they did less and less maintenance, and the super got more and more incompetent and nasty, a few times ignoring me when I could hear him in his apartment in the basement, and I could smell he was smoking weed, and yet he ignored me knocking on his door and calling his phone. Would absolutely not suggest living here!"
