"Amazing attention to detail, communication both verbally, and written from appointment scheduling to the actual repair process each step of the way. Received a copy of detailed report same day. Technician was on time, knowledgeable and careful of my home. Thought I was just getting my fireplace fixed- it was so much more detailed than that and so informative. "The pilot light on my gas fireplace went out and I couldn’t get it going again. Called 4 Winds and I got an appointment within 2 days. Jon came out and showed me how to reset the pilot light going forward. He also completely cleaned the whole unit and even touched up some paint. He did a comprehensive inspection and then reviewed everything with me - complete with photographs of everything he did. Very pleased with this most thorough service, and with Jon who was pleasant and professional throughout. Highly recommend!"

From my first phone call, to the finished work, they were wonderful. Everyone was courteous and professional. Always on time and working all day. He and his team were able to order the part that was needed to fix our fireplace and resolve all of our issues within one week of our service appointment. So happy I called them; money well spent.
