"Maria and George have been nothing but great ! They are very helpful and go the extra mile to assist applicants and potential tenants through the entire application process . Their properties are clean and well kept so far nothing bad to say about sellis property management."
"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They also have units over at 829 Suffolk Ave, Brentwood and in Glen Cove- they are SCAM ARTISTS- the guy George left a voicemail on my phone stating they were requiring security deposits and that I had gotten the unit, so when I had called the office back, he made up a story and informed me since my employer asked him to send them a written form as a reference, since it protects their employees he then cursed me out over the phone when I confronted him about the things he had done and lied to my supervisor over a recorded line that he would send them an email for the reference, he got mad and then told me he declined my application just because of that, I demanded to speak to an owner/mgr of the company he denied to put one on the phone and had the nerve to tell me that his father owns the company SELLIS GROUP, (which is the same company at the address, just under another name) so buyer beware, don’t give trust to these people with your information, he then went to saying people in the office who worked there, asked him who was I? Upon me filing out my application for the unit, he informed me that they accept alimony and then after this because my employer would not share any information with him by phone after she instructed him to send something in writing which he did not because I even asked her! And now because of him they now have a bad review!"
