"Love the new community but it would be better if there tenants actually used there parking lot and not third ave especially the c4 energy guy now he has two jeeps parked i front of the 4 houses that are on the block can they park where there suppose to we deal with the drunks that go to main st witch is ok but to come home everyday and we cant park infront of our houses because c4 energy jeeps are always parked there it makes it a bit upsetting to have shorgate across the street"

"Moved in a few weeks ago, might as well be living in a resort. We have had a hard time finding a house to buy so we decided to put the search on pause and come here. 2 blocks to the train, 2 blocks to the town with all the restaurants and a short walk to the ferry to fire island. Ton of amenities, legit gym in the building, staff has been amazing and the place is also very dog friendly which is great for us. You get what you pay for - ton of value here for sure. Can't wait to hang on the roof deck and use the pool in the summer."

"Me and my fiancé had a chance to tour Shoregate apartments right after New Year. We can’t wait for the completion of our unit and looking forward to moving in in June! Our agent Kristina showed us every side of the building and all available options. The lease signing experience was the easiest so far. (I lived in couple of rental buildings in LI prior). Our hopes for Shoregate this summer are very high! We love Bayshore and Fire Island."

"Maintenance is amazing! Patrick, senior community manager, is very kind and problem solves issues quickly and professionally. A specific person in the leasing office is very rude and inconsiderate especially if you are dealing with a maintenance emergency or any issues. Other than that, I do love living here. They have a dog park, clean daily, have security. It looks just like the pictures. I would of given this place a 5, but there are some professionalism issues in the leasing office."
