"Well, to tell you the truth, the cost was ridiculous considering he was here 15 minutes and did for the most part nothing! Told me the problem but did not have the part to fix it. He rigged it so I had heat and left. 10 minutes later the furnace was again not working. I called his phone and he said, well you can try this and that but, did not offer to come back. I did go down and checked out myself and found a wire hanging loose. I found where it went and the furnace started working. 300.00 dollars was a little steep! Probably will not call you again. Thank you."

"Hawn is an excellent company. My furnace stopped working and they promptly scheduled an appointment. Ultimately, their tech found a crack in my 34 year old furnace unrelated to why it stopped working. Our furnace was very dangerous unbeknownst to me. Their sales rep met with me accommodating my schedule and the new furnace was installed a few days later. Hawn’s staff are truly wonderful people and they will be my go to company from now on. I really appreciate their curtesy and their willingness to answer all my questions."

"Get a second opinion. I have an old furnace that needed a replacement part. I hired Hawn for a diagnostic visit. After coming by, they took a few days to call me back during a cold spell then made replacing the furnace seem extremely urgent and my only option. I made a few calls and a second company was able to clean and fix the problem. I'm sorry to say that as a woman homeowner, this isn't the first time a contractor has tried to sell me on the most expensive option. I appreciate that the owner followed up with me and was polite, but I think it's important reviews show the whole picture of an interaction. I hope Hawn can use this feedback to improve it's repair service and customer service, particularly for women homeowners and folks who need more options than throwing money at a problem. If you want a new furnace, I'm sure Hawn does great."
