Fairfield Village at Commack

"Just dont move here. I had fleas since day 1 even without my cats being here (my cats dont even have fleas they wear collars) and still have an issue which I'm controlling with flea spray once a week, the gates have never worked and only have gotten worse and there are always shopping carts all over all the time. They are giving the place a facelift with new exterior and windows a doors but the structure is horrendous. Drew is great I dont know how he deals with it here. Just dont bother coming here. They have nothing for the amount you pay, its horrible."

"The Maintenance crew Louis and Mike are Amazing , they work great together. They Complete the job . I am very satisfied With what care they take with there job. Also drew the Super is absolutely outstanding . Drew gets the complex to watch out for each other , get to know who our neighbors are. Our complex has changed for the better. I am absolutely happy with our experience Where I live."

"Stay away from this complex. Complex is a dump. There is nothing luxuries about this place. The only positive thing it has is the location and how close it is from all the commercial stores. Management are crooks. The maintenance staff are lazy and useless. Don’t recommend this place to anyone."

"Nothing gets done even if you call maintenance. I swear Hector is sleeping with someone in a high position in the Fairfield office. The rent is ridiculous for what you get."
