Jimmy is always approachable, friendly, and willing to assist with any concerns or inquiries we may have. Furthermore, Jimmy has shown exceptional leadership skills in managing the apartment complex efficiently. He ensures that the grounds are well-maintained, amenities are in top condition, and any issues are resolved promptly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by him and he truly enhances the quality of life for all residents here and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a reliable and dedicated apartment supervisor."

"Perfect location! Groceries, gym, many gas stations, many restaurants, and movie theater all within the area. Quick access to Sunken Meadow Pkwy. The grounds at the apartments are always well kept. Jimmy the super handles any issues quickly and efficiently! Laundry room on-site. Convenient parking."

"I lived in the Mayfair Gardens Apartments for 5 and a half years! The location is incredibly convenient. It is close to shopping, grocery, gas, pharmacy, 7/11, coffee, highways, and more! Convenience is wonderful, but the true ease of living here comes from the super, Jimmy. Jimmy is not your average super. He ensures that each tenant is taken care of and happy. He handles everything you need and answers any questions you have. I don't think I needed to call the main office once in my five and a half years there. He treats every tenant like family and keeps the grounds immaculate. If something breaks, it's fixed the next day, or sooner. When it was time for me to move out and set out on my next venture, he made everything SO easy!! If you're looking for a beautiful, affordable, family friendly apartment, this is your place! Thank you Jimmy for making me feel like family and providing a safe and beautiful place to live."

"Amazing reasonably priced apartments! The best apart about the apartments is hands down the super, Jimmy. He was extremely responsive. Anytime I texted or called he answered quickly and would take care of anything right away. He always made sure the area was well kept and safe. He lives on the ground which is a huge plus! He makes Mayfair what it is! I lived here with my wife for a few years and loved it. We had a one bedroom. Gas stoves, two new air conditioners, hardwood floors, with a nice open layout. Closes to tons of stores like target, Whole Foods, Lidil (across the street- walking distance). Great restaurant Prato 850 across the street too! Very close to major highways too!"

"My wife and I lived here for almost 4 years and we just recently moved to a house. Our time at Mayfair was great. The location is perfect, right across the street from all the essentials and very close to the highway. The apartment itself is very modern, with updated appliances, wood floors, and fixtures. The people in the complex are also incredibly friendly, especially the super, Jimmy, who lives in the building we were in. He was always incredibly friendly and whenever we had an issue, he was quick to respond. One time in particular, our heat was not working, he immediately came to our apartment and did everything he could that night to make sure it was up and running. We were actually living here before Jimmy took over as super, and I cannot stress what an upgrade it has been having Jimmy around. Overall, living here was a great experience and we would absolutely recommend it!"
