"We called Ron and another local company within minutes of each other. Ron got right back to me and we decided that the matter could wait until the next morning. Ron and his son showed up on time and had my sink unclogged, and my drains running in less than an hour. I got some free advice on drain cleaning and maintenance as well. I’ll be using Ron again soon because we had the opportunity to talk about a couple projects I have been thinking about. It’s nice to know that I now have an independent, local plumber that I can trust. Oh, and the other company never called back."
