"I have lived here for about a year and a half, and it is the nicest, safest, and most well attended apartment group I have ever lived in! I am constantly impressed by how clean and well-kept the property is. The grass is mown just about every week; snow removal and plowing is done promptly and any potential problems or issues I’ve had have always been taken care of within a day or two. The people here are just wonderful, from those who work here to those who live here. I could not imagine a better place to live , and I believe that the rents are below “market value”. All together the amenities and the community make this the best place I’ve ever lived in my 63 years!"

"Leah Broughton who is the leasing Agent is amazing she help me out in so many ways. She vas very friendly person explaining everything that I need to do. Amazing person to meet. when I I met with the Rachel Harp who is the property management she was there when I need to talk to about with moving to a two bedroom to a one bedroom she understand very helpful with the move. Rachel is there if you have any situation that makes you feel comfortable no matter what it is she there. I definitely would tell everyone about royal gardens."

"I've been away from NY for 6 years. I'm originally from Brooklyn, and have spent time in all 5 boroughs, living in 3. I decided, that if I ever return to NY, I'd move upstate. I'm thrilled that it happened...Getting an apartment here at Royal Gardens, was a blessing. Some Of The Greatest People Ever - Tanner & Rachel! I have to say, from day 1, Tanner has been AWESOME! He's professional, knows his job, friendly, thorough, efficient, diligent, helpful, dedicated, and caring. He stayed on top of my paperwork, dealt with RUPCO, and did everything on his end, to ensure a smooth renting & move-in. I could hug him everyday, lol! He literally saved my sister and I from ending up homeless again - unknowing to him, 7 months after losing everything we owned in Hurricane Ian. He also didn't know, that I have to have major surgery. This was put off, because who can have surgery, without a permanent place to live? This surgery...will prolong my life. Getting & decent and affordable place to live? Is imperative in ways, that Tanner, simply wasn't aware of. He saved my life. Just as friendly & a great individual, is the property manager, Rachel. She was on the ball & helped to close everything up nicely. She & Tanner are an AWESOME team. My sister & I LOVE our apartment, the location; Ulster County & Kingston, NY. The people here are friendly; there's a great mix of people & dogs/cats are allowed, it's clean, fairly quiet, we're smack dab in walking distance of EVERYTHING, and to top it all off, the local bus is free! There's a pool - we can utilize as soon as they hire a lifeguard (Hey! There must be a college student that's a great lifeguard around that can do this. Contact them, they're hiring!). We've only been here for 6 days, but are excitedly happy, as this apartment is better than the ones in Florida & Georgia. It feels good to be back home in NY. I'd advise anyone that's looking for a great place to live, this is it. I don't know if they have anymore vacancies. But if you know like I do? You'd find out. Did I mention the AWESOME gym, bbq area, playground for the kids, and doggie bags stationed around the property, to clean up after our furry friends? Yes, I Love it here at Royal Gardens Apartments.
