"I do have a problem with your service, and 10 months later, receiving a response from you isn't going to help. My realtor at your agency didn't communicate well during the process. I was always reaching out to her. When I bought the house I had to go to the office to pick up my keys and she wasn't there during closing. When selling, I had to reach out to her after each showing as she would never keep me informed. Very unprofessional based on prior realtors and experience selling and buying. The attorney at selling reached out to me, and she never did, and it was something she should be telling me and not him. Prior to hiring her, I reached out to a male realtor, and he was unresponsive. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone."
