"This is a budget motel. Most important to me is it is clean. The walls are thin so you can hear noise from other rooms but at night for sleeping it is very quiet. There is a good size fridge and microwave in the room. We have family in the area so we would stay here again. We were here a week with no complaints. The manager does a great job of keeping the places clean."
"Good rooms and will certainly keep you warm during the winter. Beds are comfy. They provide microwaves and refrigerators in each room. Very close to Olean and I-86. Rooms have good prices, so it's worth a stay on a tight budget. Motel owner is very nice too."
"The perfect budget hotel. I am a practical budget traveler and this place is the best deal I have gotten for a hotel in the us. $60/night for a room with two double beds. Very clean, very comfortable beds with soft sheets. Looks ramshackle from the outside and the room did have a single unit air conditioner but it worked fine and we were here mid July. Front desk very friendly and helpful, easy check in process. I wish there were places like this everywhere I travel!"
