"I called on a Friday night when my toilet stopped filling with water and starting freaking out that a pipe may be leaking! Pat answered the phone and told me he could be there Saturday at noon. He was incredibly professional, timely, and affordable. He even explained to me what the issue was and watch him do the repairs so I would have an idea in case this happened again. I know who I am calling the next time I have plumbing issue and you should too!"

"He came 9 hours late and still wasn't prepared to install my water heater, then we had to leave so he agreed to come first thing the next morning. He was still 2 hours late again. Refused to give me receipts for the "new" water heater he said he bought and most likely overcharged us, because he wouldn't itemize his bill. I would never recommend this company. Totally unprofessional."

"I hired WPS to install a new boiler in my home. The old one worked fine, but it was old, so we decided to replace it. Pasquale (Pat), the owner, gave me a great price ($8000) and the reviews here were positive, so I went with him. Oh man, was that a bad decision. Immediately after installation, I realized the heat was not working upstairs and the hot water fluctuated wildly (and sometimes flat out doesn't work). Because he said he guaranteed his work, I asked him to come check it out. He offered no viable solutions and had no clue how to fix the problems, so proceeded to tell me it is a problem with my house (though we never had issues before) and that he fulfilled his commitment of installing a boiler. I have now hired a new plumber to fix his botched work, and will be initiating legal action (fortunately I am an attorney, so no legal costs for me!) to recover the cost. If you want someone reliable and trustworthy, avoid this company at all costs."

"I had a leak from the main floor bathroom to the basement and Pat (the owner) was the only one available on a holiday weekend. He was very responsive, thorough, and fixed the leak. He is knowledgeable, fast and great to work with. I would definitely call him back for any plumbing issues - Highly recommend."
