"Great experience from start to finish. We met with John and Shaw to get an estimate on the damage. They were very courteous, understanding and efficient. They quickly took pictures, collected some information and gave us an estimate to be presented to car insurance company. Later we dropped off the car for repairs, got a rental car arranged. They did a great job as promised and on time. Called us to give a heads up that the car will be ready on Friday and yes it was. They workmanship was excellent. Cannot tell if the car was damaged. Will recommend this shop to friends and family any day! John and Shaw and the crew are very polite and respectful."

"Bucci's is probably the best auto body shop I've ever been to. They offer honest and quality service that lets you feel like you're not getting bamboozled as you walk out the door. I worked with John to have my highlander rear body panel and bumper fixed and repainted, and they finished the vehicle a couple days earlier than estimated. The speed unlike most other places I've been to doesn't mean a poor job. Their work was immaculate. Beyond that Thier customer service is awesome and really went above and beyond to make the already hectic process easier. I really can't say enough about these guys. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that may need some body work done. I definitely am glad I've found them here in Ardsley, and will use them exclusively for any repairs in the future. Thanks again guys!"

"This was my second time working with Buccis Auto Body. This time my 2020 BMW X4. There’s a reason I went back to Bucci's. I worked with Sean this time, and the service from beginning to end was fantastic. I received a call every few days providing me with an update. They were very transparent about everything that was going on, where we were in the process, etc. They also fixed something small not related to the accident, which was a nice touch. Thanks, highly recommended!!"
