"Staff was super friendly, allowed to arrive early and ON parking. Loaded and paperwork in hand 6 hours before apt time. They also did a great job keeping property plowed during bad weather Best americold I have ever been too."

"Very professional and organized. This facility is Top Notch and should be used as an example how to run a logistics cold storage. There is over night parking for drivers and clean restrooms for drivers to use. Very truck driver friendly. I came in early and they unloaded me quickly, asked if I could stay for my break and they where super accommodating. Plenty of space to maneuver in and parking available. I would also like to call out Samantha in the office, she greeted me with a smile and was super nice. "this is my second time coming here to this location. They’ve only been open for one year and so far I have had two good experiences. When you get here you stop at the gate and you go check in in the office you give them your pick up / delivery number and they either stage you or give you a dock. The last time I was here I parked and completed my 10 hour break before I left and no one bothered me. So far, I’ve had nothing but good experiences since I’ve been here. I hope it continues to be as such."

"I would like to give 5 stars, but just can't due to taking 9 hrs to load ice cream, making next morning 2 deliveries having to be rescheduled thus having to reschedule appointment for next pick up. Just saying it set us back over an entire 2 days. Gave 2 stars because the lady at driver check in was very nice, they provide a clean restroom for drivers and even have coffee available, no vending options though. A nice covered outside area as well as a doggy playground fully fenced with poop pick up bags. I doubt those things will last due to drivers not cleaning up and at some point someone will get tired of cleaning up after someone leaving a dirty bathroom but for now those are the nice things."

"Guys avoid this place if you can!!! My appointment at 21:00. Check in at 20:55. Wait for door until midnight. 6:38 in the morning right now and my trailer not unloaded yet! Can not reach anyone who clear out situation. Must cancel next two loads right now. Hate this place and people who work there."
