"I have been living in Housing for 3 years and since June they have thrown away 3 rent checks from different residents and now one cannot go and pay their rent in person at the office due to the supposed "Covid" restrictions that they use as excuses. Nor can one participate in board meetings by phone unless one calls first to be able to talk about what kind of dictatorship is this? How do they want to make our complaints heard? It is for this reason and because I don't see that they have solved anything with the garbage problem where I live that I give it 3 stars as a rating."
