"I love the location and the neighborhood is great. The maintenance staff is respectful and efficient given the tools that they provided. The winter snow can be a challenge. Snow plowing is basically non-existent, the road, driveways and sidewalk are not cleared and are treacherous. I spent $1500 on a washer and dryer that I chose when I moved in 2 years ago so they are virtually brand new. I will now be forced to remove my appliances at my own expense to have Morgan Properties place a washer and dryer of Their Choice at the time I renew my lease. My washer is a high efficiency front loader that is best suited for me; since I'm short and find it almost impossible to reach into a top loading washer. I just had stove drip pans replaced, and to fit the stove they had to bend the burner coil clips. I am happy with the maintenance staff but your office staff(Bonnie) could use a course in public relations since I pursue that is her primary job description."
