Sleepy Bear Inn

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly remodeled Sleepy Bear Inn, and I must say, the renovations have truly elevated the guest experience. From the moment I stepped into the inn, I was impressed by the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The newly installed large TVs in the rooms were a standout feature. The picture quality was excellent, and the variety of channels provided verity entertainment options. It was a pleasure to unwind and relax in the comfort of my room while enjoying my favorite shows or movies. Another notable addition was the on-site laundry mat. This convenience made my stay even more enjoyable, as I was able to freshen up my clothes without having to leave the premises. It's a thoughtful amenity that adds to the overall convenience and comfort of the inn. The room itself was clean, well-designed, and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail in the remodel was evident, and it created a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the overall cleanliness of the room was impeccable."

"Enjoyed my stay. The maid is very attentive. Stayed in the room with a kitchen. Nice size room for the price. Very clean. Employees are all very nice. Thought it would be loud by the road it wasn't at all slept great. Kept extending my stay enjoyed it. Recommend to anyone. Thanks friendly motel definitely holds up to the name."

"We stayed here while visiting family. We stayed a week. For the price you pay it's great. The a/c is cold and the water is hot. It's a little outdated but cozy. The staff and housekeeping are the best by far I have seen. I don't sleep with hotel comforters so I brought my own. Everyday she would make my bed with my blankets and kept the hotel one in the closet. Front staff is very friendly and accommodated all our needs. It's very close and convenient to everything and quite. Would recommend and we will be back to this hotel next year:) Thank you Friendly Motel for our stay!!!!"

"For an old school roadside motel, it's not that bad. It is reminiscent of a 1970's vintage living room. The carpets are worn, lampshades mismatched, limited cable channels. It's kind of endearing it that way. Rooms are tidy but small. The location is safe. It's not sketchy, just old. I'm a firm believer in clean linens though. Why I gave this place 2 stars. Sheets are clean, the top blanket covered in burn holes. Not okay. That's a basic fix for guests who pay to stay here. Bring your own blankets and you'll be fine."

"For a lower budget hotel the bathroom sink handles sparkled so clean I could see my reflection ;) sheets were clean and I was able to take a long hot shower!!!! Water was never ending and the shower was so clean!!! I will definitely bring my kids again. Summertime the pool is amazing!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!"
