"I never lived here, however I can say from experience from visiting and knowing a person who has lived here, KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE. The park president shows FAVORITISM for what can be on your lawn. Some people have permanent installations like rock gardens , fences and hotubs and won't get hassled but the family I visited got hassled for having non permanent things under their awning. And when you look at the Park President's property, he violates a lot of their rules, having permanent and non permanent installations and garbage all over his awning and lawn."

"Great little country store loaded with lots of great finds, cookie cutters galore and decorative for them, every color imahonanle...imaginable..., baking needs, old fashioned candles, candles, ice cream even a museum. Curtains, purse, baby needs, wood crafts...you gott see it there is something fir everyone, hinges, tolls, screws, ect. Never disappointed"

"As a new member I am enjoying being a part of the community. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and well kept. I look forward to being here in my forever home. I am giving it a rating of 4 stars only because I am new but I am very hopeful that I will be giving it 5 stars soon."
