"People complained before, in my opinion, new management is worse. They advertise that they are open, but, the door is always locked. I've had several email conversations with the new manager Kim, not impressed. She sent me wrong forms or in fo. I'd rather have a form mailed to me instead of emailed. In the past, if I had a question or concern, I could walk into the office. Not anymore, always locked I'm old school."

"Management is a joke and the storage unit manager is just as bad. My husband is battling pancreatic cancer and he locked us out. When my husband questioned him he became verbally abusive and mocked my husband for not knowing what our unit number is."

"I agree with previous review. She is your "best friend" until you move in and then all she does is tell you all things you can not do. She is never in the office, must be nice to never work and yet own a big house and 4 cars. The so called "security" is a joke, just rides his lazy butt in the car and gets into everyone's personal business. He is the joke of the park, and makes it clear he does not like the manager, he is "just doing my job". I sure hope he is not getting paid. Drive around the park and count the empty homes, huge reflection on management."

"Very poor management by the parks manager. She doesn't like to "manage" the park, rather thinking she personally owns the park & her rules are the only rules that matter. She doesn't follow park policies, but makes it up as she goes along."
