"At first I gave this place a high rating, but two days later, all the polish on my toe nails was chipping, which doesn't even happen when I do them myself. I don't event want to return to get them fixed. I'm done with this place."
"Nails chipped the next day. Returned to have my nails done again. Same nail person. She tried her best to get me to do a gel. Second time I said no! Told her they chipped and she still wanted me to do a gel. No, again! Now she is discussing me with her coworker! Bad business, discussing a client in front of the client. They think we don't understand because we are people of color. Guess what sweetie, I understand everything you said! Why because my cousin married someone of your culture! She taught us to understand u people when you are talking about black people! So be careful. I will be telling family and friends not come here. Hopefully you don't talk about all of us."
"Went to get my nails done and they look horrible. Cuticles were not trimmed properly and the gel is done poorly. The tips I asked for in black are all crooked and there are spots of missed top coat and dents and bubbles in my nails. This is awful. I have to get them done somewhere else now before my mothers funeral. She would be so ashamed if I showed up for her services with nails like these. You should be ashamed for doing a job this poor."
