"The whole experience was incredibly smooth. Scott listened to what we wanted and was able to help us narrow down options. Admittedly, we went in with a specific idea... But we are first time homeowners and knew nothing about flooring. Thankfully Scott was able to share his knowledge with us and we truly feel like we made the best decision for our needs and our future. We set the delivery date and had no issues with Kenny carpets delivering and installing on the previously identified date. They called us about half an hour before they intended to arrive. Such smooth communication and the installers even made sure to put the garbage where we requested. I went to the Sheridan drive store and Brent was very helpful and didn’t rush me into making my choice even though I looked at quite a selection. The installers arrived when expected and did a great job and left no mess behind! Because I had a good experience, I went back to see Brent when I needed new flooring for a room in my basement. His expertise and helpfulness was just what I needed. Same great experience the second time around!!"
