Also was denied the option to mail parts to a preferred address was told I wasn’t allowed... ok staff need to work on “not” arguing amongst each other with customers in the store Grow up!"

"I've purchased anchors and tools from this location. They have always been very helpful. They have a no-BS attitude that some people may not like, but I prefer my customer service representatives to be truthful and honest. I don't like people buttering me up just to make a sale. I will continue to do business at this location because I think they do a good job and because Hilti products are awesome."
"Very poor customer service. Instruction booklets for epoxy anchors are vague and non descriptive. Tried for an hour to reach someone at hilti to help me but just got the answering machine run around. I know of a good place hilti can stick their anchors."
