"Update: We are now being fined for leaving snow items in the hallways, such as shovels (they don't provide us with any so we must supply and store our own), wet boots (which means storing inside our carpeted apartments, which they will they give us more fines for doing so when the carpet has water damages), etc. They are also fining residents with personal snow blowers who are trying to help clear sidewalks and accessible parking spots. Policies to enforce proper etiquette on the property is absolutely okay and we have no quarrel with the rules in theory, however, management has to meet us halfway by providing reasonable access to snow maintenance tools, if we are forbidden from using our own. Accessible parking spots on opposite side of building than the elevator. Not even in the center near the door. Also, the plows ripped up the ramps and they still haven't fixed them. Neighbors keep leaving garbage bags with food in the hallway. Management ignoring complaints. Ants everywhere. Dumpster gates broken, management ignoring complaints. They charge for pool entry but are incapable of fixing the umbrellas to protect the paying visitors and included-residents from harmful UV rays. Dog park fence is totally loose in sections and dogs have gotten through. Massive holes everywhere, mud makes it worse get they refuse to fill in the holes, despite filling in holes elsewhere from the snow plows ripping everything up. Young Development literally owns a landscaping company. Paper-thin walls and extremely rude fellow tenants that refuse to respect the Town's noise ordinances. Management does not enforce the stated noise rules posted in the buildings (and in the lease agreement) even after being provided police documentation of disturbances being reports. Dog park is not well maintained and has numerous large ruts which collect rainwater. Multiple resident dogs have fallen ill, presumably from this."

"Three days without any snow maintenance on the sidewalks. They have been plowing the parking lot snow into the spaces dedicated for loading/unloading of wheel chairs (federal law prohibits obstructing or parking in these lanes)."

"I moved to Edgewater in April 2023 and I have never been happier!!! On moving day, my apartment was SPOTLESS!!! Friends here to clean and had nothing to do but wait for me and the moving van. It’s a beautiful apartment with everything a person could need or want. It’s so comfy and cozy and I love it! Not much noise from the neighbors around me; it’s actually very quiet around here. I just love the office staff and our maintenance guy is very reliable and always a pleasure when I’ve had to call. My only regret is that I didn’t move here sooner!"

"If it says Young development run. Very shady operators. I've been without heat for two days and Joe Young refused to pay or reimburse me for an emergency service call. Claims his insurance won't pay for it. So at least 4 days without heat because he is as cheap as they come. If his mouth is open he's lying too. Beware"

"I have lived here for 5 years. Life was peaceful for the first few years, excluding the continuous contruction related issues till 2019. You can hear noises within the building, but that is typical apartment living ambience. My unit was brand new and i enjoyed most of my time here. However, from 2022 onwards the management could not provide on-site maintenance support. That is a deal breaker for me and i decided to move out. It was the right decision to make, as later in 2022 the building started to have plumbing related issues: both in the kitchen and in the toilet. The management needs on-site maintenance support to address the plumbing related problems in order to attract new tenants. They also happen to charge 1% of your security deposit for every year of your stay"
