"Jerry Warsaw is a true gem, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work, which goes beyond tuning and repair. He offered assistance on choosing a piano for my 6-year old, by reviewing the posts I sent him on Craigslist, to make sure that I was buying a high-quality instrument before bringing it into my home. When we found one, he went with me to assess it and give it his seal of approval. It seemed he knew everything about every kind of piano! He looked for things I had no idea about (i.e. corrosion) so that I had confidence to bring it into my home and didn't have to worry if it would work. He set up an appointment to come to the house to tune and repair it, which was priced competitively. It was a pleasure having him in my home, as he educated me about the proper care and maintenance of the piano, while sharing insightful stories from past customers and friends. I am happy to share my appreciation for this gentleman and the kindness and care he brings to his work."
