"Despite multiple calls and promises for us to be scheduled, they never got around to scheduling our work. Update: shortly after my last call, Chad (one of the owners) called and offered to come over today to look at my needs. He did and tried to solve my issue on the spot. Unfortunately, he needed to get a part, so it may take a few days. My faith is being restored and my rating is creeping up. Final update. Chad had a crew come out and solve the problem. The work they did was done well. The crew did leave some breakers off and didn’t button up some things, but a call to Chad had him come out the same day and complete the job. I’ll use them again and probably make sure that I’m there (or FaceTime) to make sure everything is right before they leave."
