"I am not always good at keeping track of when we last had our septic pumped but knew it was over due. Thankfully we were not having any issues but thought it would be a good idea to have it done before family came to celebrate the holidays. When I finally just made the call there was only about a week before Christmas so I figured it was not going to be possible. To my surprise Dennis offered to come out the next day. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention timely! Thank you so much for taking care of us so quickly!!"
"Called in the afternoon and they were there in less than 24 hours to pump me out. Even after directing them to what I thought was the tank cover, it took a few minutes to find the correct location of the tank. They maintained a professional demeanor through the whole process even in the pouring rain. Reasonable price, quick service and extremely professional."
"Father of company very reasonable. Son is not. Father charged 300.00 to pump and declog. Son came did absolutely nothing and charged 600.00 on just a declog manner. Not a company I would recommend."

Then I found ADD Septic Service, Dennis answered the phone, was very understanding and said he would be right over. Arrived in 20 minutes! Found and solved our issue. He was so understanding and friendly, which is what you need when you are stressed and in a terrible situation. Dennis had everything fixed within an hour! And no one that I left messages with initially has called 4 hours later! He couldn't have been any better. YES! I would recommend ADD and will call them for any service in the future.
