"I contacted Pride Plumbing to help with a rotted out drain line. They were out the next morning to give me an estimate on the work. Their estimate was 2k less than a competitor and were hired. The following Tuesday, Daniel and Zach arrived bright and early to begin the work. Both were professional and polite. Zach was kind enough to help my wife remove an old sink in the downtime. While Daniel was more than happy to answer questions. 5/5 star would contact again if a plumber issue comes up. Great job guys!"

"We called Pride to check out what we thought was a leaky faucet in the shower. We also asked that they install two grab bars in the shower and one by a toilet. It turned out that the shower was not leaking so we moved on to the bars. I was quoted what I thought was an exorbitant price but agreed to it as they were here and it was necessary to have the work done. David and Kyle did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. However, I was not happy with the process. Prior to even looking at the shower, I was given a spiel about purchasing a contract, how much it would save me, etc. I agreed because I was under stress and just wanted to get on with the work. We moved past all of this and on to the installation of bars. We then had to wait for someone to drop off the parts "from the warehouse". (Home Depot??) Meanwhile our workers went for lunch and we were well into the afternoon before they reappeared and the parts were delivered. All told, 6 hours elapsed from beginning to end. I do not believe that Pride installs bars with regularity hence the parts weren't on the truck. (The explanation was that they don't carry them because they could easily scratch when the truck bounces around. Good grief.). The price was absolutely outrageous. $1400. including taxes. I have since called two local plumbing companies and found that 3 grab bars installed in ceramic tile cost $600 at one place and $650 at another including the bars. I cannot believe that I agreed to the price. My husband had had a TIA and I wanted the bars done so that I could move on to other things. My Dad once told me that if a price was incredibly high, the company probably didn't really want the job. I will probably not call Pride again. It was all a little too "slick" for me."

"Leaking main water shut off. Pride plumbing coordinated with the water authority and came the next day. Jan and David did an excellent job of replacing the valve. They are very professional and personable. The worksite was so clean when they left you couldn’t tell any work had been done. Pride plumbing is the only way to go."

"I recently called Pride Plumbing after seeing their trucks in mu neighborhood and thoroughly reading their reviews hoping that I had made the right choice of plumbing companies to address my plumbing issues. In short, I did. Ross, the owner, answered the phone, assessed what I needed and sent out Ethan on my requested date. Along the way, I also spoke to Hope, who was equally as personable as everyone else I interacted with. Ethan got right to work and was very efficient. He was not able to open a clogged drain in my basement after trying many options, so the sewer/drain specialty team was called in the next day. In the interim, Zach came and and installed a temporary cap on the unusually sized drain. Also, a very nice guy. Sam and Jaimie then spent the next two days tackling the floor drain issue which required locating where the problem was under the concrete basement floor, then jackhammering it up, and then redoing the plumbing. My dog, Charlie, the mini goldendoodle, checked up periodically on their progress and when they left they brought him a Pride Plumbing scarf which he proudly wore for a photo session. The job was done so neatly, I would hardly have even known that the floor was dug up. All in all, Ethan, Zach, and especially Sam and Jaimie were so nice to be around; each of them did a great job and my plumbing needs got addressed. Yes, it was expensive, but you get what you pay for. They were all true professionals. Regarding Sam and Jaimie, Charlie and I felt like I had made new friends. I would definitely recommend the Pride Plumbing team!"
