"Montauk Carpet definitely going down hill. No surprise I wish I knew before I ordered. They are down to a 3 star rated company. Just look at the way they finished the carpet. The photo attached I was taken before the installation crew even left. The big stain that’s there, Montauk says o that came that way from the manufacturer. Never using this place again!!!!"

"We have used Montauk Carpet for years. This time around we needed carpeting for stairs n upstairs hall. I chose a carpet and was given a price that seemed very high. We went back bc had questions. Salesman Joe was nice but was clueless. He seemed disinterested n not helpful. Other salesman Larry had a bad attitude all around. Took our business elsewhere n saved over $1000 for same product."
