"The 12 month, 12000 miles transmission warranty is not transferable if the ownership of the car changes. This was not disclosed to the original owner. So, if a transmission costing $5000 goes bad within a year (which is mostly the case with them) and someone is selling you the car showing those warranty papers, these people don't take any responsibility."

"UPDATE- 8/24 Chuck @ Airport Transmission acknowledged the exterior Collision damage of $6K done to Mazda CX-9 happened between (4/18-8/17) while Airport Transmission had my vehicle for 4 months. Cameras DON'T lie and will show my vehicle was dropped off 4/18 without the Collision damage. Airport Transmission took my vehicle to have transmission #4 rebuilt out to Canandaigua because AT damaged the rebuilt transmission purchased from Mazda Dealership. Mazda Dealership voided the warranty and the Insurance company was removed 6/3/22 from liability because they are ONLY responsible for getting a working Transmission, they are NOT responsible for Airport Transmission damaging Transmission. I hired Airport Transmission to replace/install the transmission, but the vehicle was not treated with CARE either by AT, Towing Company, or who they contracted to rebuild the transmission in Canandaigua or whoever programed the vehicle. Bottom line Airport Transmission contracted the work and should be responsible. I picked up 8/17 with over 6K in Collision Damage. It appears someone drove under a lift causing damage to the top passenger side, all 4 doors appeared to have attempted to be broken into, dents on bumpers & doors. Chuck took the pictures and said I will submit to owner, this is what Insurance is for. Its been 2 weeks since I picked up vehicle from Airport Transmission STILL has not done right by the Customer. NO Insurance claim number has been provided by Airport Transmission Insurance Carrier to have my vehicle Collision Damage repaired. 8/20 Kings Collision & 8/25 Emerson Collision estimate exceeded 6k in Collision Damages while Airport Transmission had my vehicle. Lessons learned- Don't make the same mistake. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE @ Airport Transmissions. Filing 2nd complaint with Attorney General for Collision Damage. Do NOT trust Airport Transmission with your vehicle. I took my vehicle 4/18/22 received back 4 months later on 8/17/22. My vehicle was returned with exterior damage, over 1000 miles added to vehicle, filthy inside & out, empty gas tank- as I brought on full tank, the vehicle was not returned in same condition I brought car. I go to Delta Sonic weekly for car wash & interior- very well maintained. Tina's Customer Service was unprofessional & not helpful the entire 4 months dealing with her being annoyed requesting a monthly update on service repair. Tina will say she will get an update and call you back, but she doesn't call back. Service Techs- Chuck & Pete, are dismissive, not forth coming and avoiding taking responsibility for their lack of urgency to service your vehicle. Shocking the Owner allows theses 3 individuals to 1) represent Airport Transmission 2) Employee's think its reasonable to take 4 months to replace Transmission 3) return vehicle with exterior damage. 4) I found a tampon on passenger floor and glitter all over 3rd row seats, - clearly this vehicle was personally used by someone @ Airport Transmission. The staff refused to provide Owners contact information to discuss. His name is on the wall - take picture. The Police said it is a Civil Matter. We will filing in Supreme Court. You just can't put a price on Peace of mind! Please take your car to Dealership instead, you will NOT regret having your vehicle & yourself being treated correctly. Respectfully Submitted complaint to Attorney, Attorney General & DMV regarding this matter."
