I was going to go to home depot, but glade I stopped in and made the right choice. Besides the quality of the product being better for a better price. The installation which is just as important was correctly done. Highly recommend this store."
"I don’t like doing this, but I think people should be aware before shopping there. I purchased a carpet for my bedroom. Fred assured us that was good quality and would not show footprints and hold up very well. Not true! The carpet is one year old and it looks awful. I had a claim with the manufacture a year ago. They declined then. The floor store is showing no responsibility. Very poor customer service . No response from them."
"Having had a good experience with a business is a good reason to return to that business. We purchased laminate flooring a few years ago from the Floor Store and were very happy with the installation. So, we went back to the Floor Store for stairway carpeting knowing that not only the selection of carpets would be expansive but that the installers would do a professional job. So glad we did because our stairs look fabulous. The owner and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them."
