"Nuts!! I drove 30 miles to get my phone fixed. I didn't know there was 2 shops in Geneseo. The employee here lied to me and told me to drive another 30 miles to the next closest repair store After I drove all the way to Rochester I found out there was another repair shop in Geneseo and the guy didn't want me to know."

"I have twice utilized Geneseo Computers for issues we were having with my kid's gaming PC. Both issues were unrelated. They solved them in a very short time, and for a reasonable price. They really know their stuff. I highly recommend them based on my experience."

"Called and asked about a flex cable replacement for my MacBook pro 13 retina. Guy told me it would cost at least 300$ and that he wouldn't know how long it would take for it to be done because he needs to replace my whole key board and battery and that parts were hard to get. I bought a flex cable on amazon for 9.99$ and replaced it myself. You did not need to do any strenuous work that he had mentioned. Saved my money and time doing it myself. ( I also have no technology knowledge, I looked it up on YouTube.) Took 5 minutes."

"I called them up and a guy answered. I told him my problems, he told me what he thought was wrong. I explained to him that it was a custom gaming computer but I didn't build it. In a very rude and noticable attitude response, he said "great" as if he was rolling his eyes at my response. Needless to say, I hope the manager sees this and has a talk with his people about respecting the customer especially when that customer is giving you business. You don't like I have a custom gaming computer, then I suggest you work somewhere else."

"He was very rude sounding when I came into the shop he couldn't bother to talk to me when I came in with an issue. Do not let them work on your computer if your a gamer and have a gaming computer. FYI did not trust them because of his attitude took my computer and ran!"
