He's incredibly outgoing, friendly, and makes us feel safe knowing we have someone to reach out to who is here for us and not just because he gets paid to do it. Everyone in our building loves him!"

"This place went down hill once Barrington took over. My tub has leaked for months now, maintenance has looked at it on a few occasions. But has not fixed it yet. My ceiling leaks ever since they put on a new roof, they've also looked at that a few times. Still not fixed! My storage until down stairs was broken into. I am now catching people sleeping down there or shooting up down there. They don't care about their tenants, can't wait to move!"
