"Apartment are nasty and they smell and there cockroaches in everything apartment because the landlord just want to be lazy and not take care of the problem and there garbage everything it’s like everything eww I would never live in these apartments or put my kids these apartments and they just want to take your money and run with it and they don’t fix nothing"

"Stellar landlords. Fairly secluded from wind and noise. Any problem we've had with our apartment, other tenants, etc. has been resolved promptly. The apartments themselves are decent, if a bit outdated, but management works wonders on keeping them pleasant and livable. Edit to update: we finally moved, but only because our family outgrew these apartments. We lived at Parkview for about 4 years and if I could give 6 stars I would. I see a review below complains about the bad parking lot - it WAS horrible! But they completely re-paved it, which shows me willingness to invest in the properties to improve the lives of the tenants there. A stark contrast to some complexes in Fulton which I won't name here. Best landlords I've ever had."
