"The absolute worst experience ever! I called them up to see if my bathtub came in to the location from their warehouse. They let me know it did. They charge a ridiculous amount for shipping so I went to go rent a truck in order to pick it up myself. When I got there they told me that the bathtub was not there and NOT ONE PERSON ADMITTED TO SPEAKING TO ME ON THE PHONE even though I had the phone record showing that I called and the call lasted 5 minutes. We went through thirty minutes of rudeness, telling me there was nothing they can do, and overall being a bunch of jerks - making it seem that this was my fault and I was being difficult. After a half hour they located the bath and not once did they express any sort of sympathy. They couldn't even manage to think, "perhaps we screwed up so bad and were so rude to this customer, we should give him a slight discount." Honestly, if you think this is bad, just remember that I am leaving a bunch of details and back and forth out of this review to keep it short. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE."
