"Decided to quickly run in to Rustic Loft about 10 minutes before they were to close, just wanted to get some information on a kitchen table. Not only was the staff warm and welcoming, but spent time showing me various options on a table I had seen there awhile ago. I never felt rushed and they really took their time in listening and answering all my questions even though it was past closing time. Needless to say, the staff is outstanding and very helpful. Ended up purchasing a dining set (table and 6 chairs) and was told it would take about 16 - 18 weeks. Of course, not what I expected but the furniture is one of a kind and absolutely stunning and felt it was certainly worth the wait! To my surprise, it was completed ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!! The workmanship, design, color, everything was beyond expectations!! So happy I decided to "quickly run into Rustic Loft"!! Thank you, Leo and Alyssa, for making us feel so welcomed and for the most beautiful dining set!!!!"

I reached out to Leo over a year later as the table was accidentally scratched. He remembered me and the purchase as if it was one week ago. He came over the following day and took care of the scratch and is good as new. Really special place."
