"I had an amazing experience here! My laptop’s keyboard was not working and I brought it in and was met with such a welcoming man who was so helpful explaining what he figured was wrong and how he could fix it. It ended up being something they did not have the tools to fix but directed me to a place that could fix it. He also offered that if the fix was too expensive at this other place I could come back and get a computer at a great price!! Thanks guys and i’ll definitely be back with any issues in the future!!"

"Brought my pc in as it was turning off almost immediatly after turning it on, Winston explained the process and answered all my questions thoroughly over the phone and when I dropped it off to have it serviced. He went above and beyond when testing and diagnosing what is wrong, informing me every step of the way. They were able to repair it well within 48 hours and my pc is running like a top! Thanks again guys, I'll be back to upgrade some parts in the future for sure!"

"Usually love this place, and we've never had a problem before, but this time an employee, completely wordlessly and without our permission, upgraded my boyfriend's computer from windows 10 to 11, DESPITE THIS JUST BEING A HARDWARE INSTALL, didn't describe at all how to find the files he had transferred (they were in a folder that my boyfriend never would've found without having to EXPLICITLY ASK where it was. we had to drive back to the store for this.), and there are so many updates that my boyfriend STILL has to run, despite the laptop being with the employees for a couple of days. I'm sorry Joe, but no amount of kindness and otherwise proper customer service is gonna make up for the godawful experience this was for my boyfriend, who's still having to work things out. I don't think we'll be coming back for hardware upgrades again."

"Would have appreciated some elaboration on "we had trouble moving your files over" /before/ I had to come back into the store with my laptop to figure out everything, and the sudden (unwanted) upgrade to Windows 11 is jarring, but they did replace the RAM and SSD like I wanted so there's only so many times I can complain. With prices like theirs, I guess beggars can't really be choosers. Only reason I didn't choose to downgrade back to the OS I was comfortable with was because I had no idea if I'd have to do this anxiety-incuding "oh my god did I lose all of my files" song and dance again, and I wasn't about to even risk it. Overall good services for the price, but make sure to ask questions to clarify EVERYTHING or you may get more than what you bargained for here. Big thanks to Joe for helping me figure out everything."

"This place is great never had any issues. My uncle, mom couple other family members and myself have all gotten laptops from there never had an issue. When I ordered mine online and I went to go pick it up they actually didn't have it, the guy who waited on me was incredibly nice. Found me a laptop comparable and fixed up the memory to where I needed to be and I was out the door. I've had it going on 2 years no problems!"
