"Our old furnace died while temperatures were below freezing outdoors. K&L Heating came out and replaced it quickly, professionally and affordably."

"I called this company because my furnace wasn't working and putting out heat. He explained that the intake was set up wrong by whoever had originally put it in and that it could be fixed, but it would take 2 hours and didn't have the time to do it. He said our best option was to stick it out for the winter and have it repaired in the spring. We need heat now as it's the middle of winter. He then said that by rigging the blower to always be on it would help bring more heat in the house. He did this, and within an hour the blower stopped and the house filled with a burning plastic smell. This is unacceptable as before I had some heat, not much, but better than nothing. I had to turn off the breaker for the furnace to get the smell to stop and have no heat at all now. I do not recommend having your furnace serviced here."
